Her mission is simple: help every client get the absolute most out of Sandler.

    A Sandler trainer since 2000, Chip Doyle brings decades of experience to the professionals he coaches. He authored Selling to Homeowners – the Sandler Way and has contributed to publications including Remodeling Magazine, Remodelers Advantage, Pro Remodeler, the Journal of Light Construction, and Forbes. When he’s not training or writing, you’ll find him on the golf course, at a bridge table, experimenting in the kitchen, or fronting his southern rock band.

    With more than 40 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, and sales training, Lissa has built a career dedicated to helping people excel. A former Sandler franchise owner of 15 years, she most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy and Development for Randstad North America. Now semi-retired, Lissa devotes her time to her true passions—cultivating growth in both people and plants.
