As the president of Ascent Training, Ted Rykoski works with business owners, sales leaders, and sales people who have struggled with inconsistent performance and results and were serious about taking the step to improve their skills and grow their business.Ted brings over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership in a variety of industries. His range of experience helps him provide unique insight to the challenges that organizations face in sales, management, and customer service. As a Sandler Training graduate in a role early in his career, Ted has used the Sandler process to deliver results as an individual contributor and to help those that he coached and mentored as a leader.
