Clay Underwood is the owner of AnchorPoint Sales, LLC and a seasoned sales professional with over two decades of experience driving results across multiple industries. Clay began his sales journey in 2004, quickly distinguishing himself with a natural, relationship-driven approach while building his book of business at a Fortune 500 company.
He later transitioned into the construction and industrial trades, calling on major industrial and government accounts with Hilti, where he received world-class professional sales training. Clay’s excellence earned him Hilti’s President’s Club Award, an achievement he would repeat with ResourceMFG, an industrial staffing firm.
Known for his commitment to solving customer challenges and forging lasting relationships, Clay became both a trusted advisor and mentor—helping new hires develop their skills and confidence. That passion for coaching and continuous improvement inspired him to launch AnchorPoint Sales, LLC, where he now teaches the Sandler Sales System to help others achieve consistent, measurable success.
