He thinks fast on his feet, challenges people to think differently, and helps clients get results. He is a lifelong student of sales and human behavior and skillfully applies that knowledge to enable clients to transform their beliefs and attain their ultimate success.

Carolyn Briner joined the Achievement Dynamics team in 2023 bringing with her years of Sandler and client success experience. Carolyn serves as a dedicated point of contact, providing ongoing support, guidance, and resources to help clients navigate their sales training journey and is committed to ensuring that every client maximizes the value of Sandler. Before joining Sandler, Carolyn started her career as a commercial lender before taking time away from corporate America to raise her family. During that time away, Carolyn served as a dedicated volunteer and leader in several organizations.

Julie joined Achievement Dynamics along with Brian McDevitt in 2018. She started her career in sales before taking time off to raise their three sons. Her top priority with clients is ensuring a productive, positive ZOOM class experience. In her spare time, she loves playing and watching sports and listening to live music. She also enjoys volunteering locally with organizations assisting families in need.
