Guy (pronounced “Gh-ee”) is the founder of Northern Lakes Partners. Originally from the suburbs of Montreal in Canada, he brings a global perspective and a wealth of experience to his clients.

Throughout his career, Guy has led sales, operations, and software professional services teams around the globe, serving clients spanning industries such as energy infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, telecommunications, transportation, and others.

With his background in general management, sales leadership and his two engineering degrees, Guy becomes an ideal partner for business owners seeking a trusted, reliable advisor.

Guy now resides in Fairfield County, Connecticut with his wife of 28 years. He is a proud father of two children, Charles, and Elisabeth – who is a Northern Lakes partner.

With a ballet education and as professional dancer, Elisabeth brings a global, creative mindset and experience to the Northern Lakes team and clients.  Acting as the backbone for our operations and customer success, she will ensure Northern Lakes is accessible and visible to all businesses in Connecticut who feel they can get more consistency and predictability to their sales.

Elisabeth has lived in Montreal, Ottawa, Orlando, Los Angeles, Toronto and London (UK).
