A leader in his field, Jim has helped companies increase profits using the Sandler Training methodology over the last 5 years. In 2014, Jim opened Wilcox & Associates, LLC – an authorized Sandler Training Center.Wilcox & Associates uses the Sandler Training systematic process to help individuals and businesses increase their top-line revenue. Jim’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, combined with his knowledge of the local market place and extensive experience as a top sales performer and manager, allows him to confidently train and coach business professionals, leading their companies to financial success.Jim believes that when you own and implement Sandler Training’s systematic approach, salespeople - regardless of their education or experience - can master the art of selling in an ethical and professional way.   • Debbie Wood

    Debbie plays a key role in growing business relationships by handling client onboarding and the scheduling of training programs. She has a vast array of experience in sales, from fine jewelry and home improvement to high-end gifts and apparel with companies such as May Co., Casio Co. and Home Depot. Debbie has worked extensively in customer service, event planning, and golf pro-shop management.As the Director of Client Success her goals are:• to create a smooth onboarding transition into the Sandler training programs• maintain and grow interactions between W&A and their clients• ensure clients complete certifications in a timely manner• promote W&A activities, programs and announcements through social media outletsIn her spare time, Debbie is an avid reader and movie-watcher who also takes joy in playing volleyball whenever possible. She also enjoys spending weekends traveling with her husband. They have a daughter who lives in Kansas City and a son who is a student at Indiana University.

  • Beth Graham

    Beth leads Sandler Training's organizational development, providing clients with superior leadership during critical transition phases, installing effective management information systems and developing systematic processed to streamline operations. She is responsible for administrative, accounting and advertising projects - managing work flow and efficiency for the sales training and customer service training teams.With experience in office management and event coordination, she brings detail orientation and organization to the team dynamic.Her work with charitable events has raised $10,000 for Kops 4 Kids in 2010, $10,000 for Down Syndrome Association of NE IN in 2012, and $10,000 for Salvation Army Teen Program in 2014.Beth is a car enthusiast, and her past positions with Ferraris and Friends and Artisans Rods and Classics had given her a vast knowledge of automobile trivia.
