In this course, you will learn to cultivate strategies for identifying and accessing key decision-makers in the sales process.

Through hands-on activities and peer-to-peer learning, you will learn to identify key decision-makers using organizational mapping and decision-maker personas, and develop strategies for accessing key decision-makers and overcoming access barriers.
